With Albato’s Facebook integration, you can automatically get leads from lead forms, manage ad campaigns, send audiences to your ad account, and more. Set up triggers for automatic lead processing and use actions to simplify data management.

Connecting Facebook to Albato

If you want to get leads, you'll need to connect a personal Facebook account to Albato. You'll also need admin rights to the page with the lead forms. These rights are needed regardless of the number of ad campaigns in the account.

FAQs

Why isn’t data coming from Facebook to Albato?

Main reasons:

  • Lack of admin rights to the page with lead forms.

  • Incorrect Facebook account connected.

  • The lead form is archived.

Lead data is stored on Facebook for 3 months.

What access rights are needed for Facebook integration?

Make sure you have admin rights to the page where the lead form is created. The page must be linked in Business Manager (BM) with the appropriate rights.

Why do test leads come through but not real ones?

This could be due to admin rights to the page or settings in Business Manager. Check that the page with lead forms is linked to BM and that you have all the necessary rights.

Why don’t test leads show up in Albato?

If the automation is set up to work via API, Albato will make a request to Facebook every five minutes. It’s possible those five minutes haven’t passed since you sent the test.

Why are test lead data incorrect?

A test lead from Facebook may contain data like <bkb-test-name>. This is normal for test leads.

Why don’t campaign names, ad group names, and ad names appear in the request?

These data are configured in Business Manager. Check the settings in the advertising account.
