With Albato, you can automate your Gmail workflows. You can send emails, create draft letters, create a label, add labels to your email, and more. Set up triggers to automatically receive information about new emails that you receive and much more.

How to Connect Gmail to Albato?

To connect your Gmail account to Albato, please follow the below steps:

  1. Navigate to the app section in your account and click on add connection button:

  2. Search for Gmail and click on add a connection:

  3. Name your connection and click continue:

  4. Now click on the Grant access button and grant access to your account and then your connection will be ready:

How to send an email through Gmail via Albato?

To send an email through Gmail via Albato, you need to work with the action Gmail: send email action as shown below:

  1. Add the action as shown below, here we are using the Albato Test trigger for demonstration:

  2. Now fill in the fields as shown below:

  3. And you are ready, when the automation runs the email is sent:

Can I create labels and add them to my emails with Albato?

Yes to create labels on Gmail please add the following action Gmail: Create label:

Now you can fill in the details about the label:

Now, to add labels to your email you can work with another action called: Add Label to Email:

Can I receive data about new emails with a selected tag?

To receive data about new emails with a selected tag, you need to work with the trigger

Gmail: A new email with the selected tag as shown below:

Now click on save and start the automation and you will receive all the new emails that you have the selected tag.
Additionally, now you can also get data about new emails that match the string you provide:

Click on save the automation will fetch all the incoming emails that match the provided string

Can I download the attachments from an email ?

Unfortunately, this is not a feature available at the moment.
