Valuecase will help you create shared workspaces, aiming to optimize the journey of your lead or new client.

On the platform, you can speed up task delivery, monitor engagement, and improve the experience with your products and services from the first contact.

By connecting Valuecase with Albato, you can create automations to receive and send data between this app and more than 800 other apps available on our platform.

Below is everything you can do with this connection and how to create it step by step.

Available Trigger:

  • New Space

Triggers are events that trigger an automation. All triggers run in real-time; that is, data is transferred the moment the event occurs.

Available Actions:

Actions are the steps in your automation after the trigger. Actions also allow you to transfer data to other apps and systems.

  • Create Space

  • Add External ID to Space

  • Archive Space

  • Get Space by Slug

  • Return All Custom Properties of Space

  • Return Spaces by External ID

  • Custom API Request

  • Update Custom Space Field

Now that you know the available actions and triggers for this type of automation, let's see how to create the connection with our platform.

Connecting Valuecase with Albato

The first step to connect Valuecase will be to log in to your Albato account. Then, go to the Apps tab and click on Add a Connection:

Then, search for Valuecase, click on the app icon, and again, click on Add a Connection:

In the next step, you'll need to add a name for this connection. This name is internal and helps you organize and identify the connection when creating your automation:

You will also need to add a Client ID and Client Secret in this step.

To do this, go directly to your Valuecase account in a new tab (keeping Albato open) and click on the icon of your name in the top right corner, then click on Admin Settings:

Then, click on Company Settings in the left sidebar, if the platform doesn't open on this page by default:

Now, scroll down and look for the API Key option. After clicking to generate the key, you’ll see the API Key and Client ID you’ll need to use in Albato:

Click on the icons to copy the Client ID and paste it into the corresponding field in Albato.

Repeat the process for the API Key, pasting the value into the field called Client Secret.

The "Custom Space Fields" field does not need to be filled out at this moment. If you have custom fields and wish to add them later, you’ll see this option available under Apps- Valuecase - Your connection name.

Next, when you click on Continue, you will see a success message and can now use Valuecase in your automation:
