How to Connect Hotmart to Albato

The first step to create your connection is to log in to Albato and go to the Apps tab. Then click on Add New Connection:

Once this step is done, search for Hotmart and then click on the platform icon that will appear. To continue, select Add Connection again.

Define a custom name for your connection. This name is internal and will help you identify exactly which connection to choose when creating automation in the future, in case you have other Hotmart connections.

A link called Webhook will be automatically generated at this stage. Click the copy icon and then click to continue.

Now you will need to go to Hotmart to add this generated link (Webhook).

After logging in to your platform, search for Webhook in the search field, and then click on Webhook (API and notifications).

On the new screen that opens, click on Register Webhook:

Then fill in all the fields, creating a name for the connection (for example, Albato).

If you want this Webhook to be associated with a specific product or if you want the data to be sent to Albato only in certain situations, select the Product in the Product field and the actions in the Events to send field.

At least one product must be selected.

Attention: If the goal is to track multiple events separately, for example, having one automation in Albato when a product is purchased and another automation for when there is a cart abandonment, you will need to create multiple connections in Albato, repeating the previous steps.

Each connection will generate a unique Webhook, and in this step (which you will complete once for each action), you will be able to place the new generated Webhook, associated with only one event, as desired.

In the URL field, paste the generated Webhook, removing the initial part with https ://.

The selected method should be 2.0.0.

Then click Save.

Connection successfully created!

Now, simply return to Albato and create amazing automation using this new connection, choosing the best trigger for the process you want to automate.
