Blastable is an Email Marketing tool that will help you create templates, send newsletters, email flows, and much more in just a few steps.

These features, combined with the ability to connect the platform with over 800 applications currently integrated with Albato, will help you automate processes, improving customer service, sales, and retention experiences.

The first step to leveraging these features is to create a connection with Albato. See below how to perform this step, as well as all the available features in this integration.

Available Triggers:

  • New Subscriber

  • Subscriber Status Change

Triggers are events that start an automation. For API triggers, Albato will check if the action has been completed at pre-determined intervals, which can be configured within your automation.

Available Actions:

  • Create Subscriber

  • Custom API Request

  • Update Subscriber Profile

  • Unsubscribe by Email in All Lists

  • Unsubscribe a Subscriber from a List

  • Search Subscriber

  • Create Group

  • Create Tag

  • Update Tag

  • Delete Tag

  • Add Tag to Subscribers

  • Move Subscriber to Another List

Actions are precisely the steps of your automation, where it will be possible, using the data received from your trigger, to generate a desired behavior in the selected app.

Now that you know what is possible using Blastable connected to Albato, see how to create this integration in practice.

How to Connect Blastable

The first step to connecting Blastable with Albato is to log into your account on our platform and then open the Apps section.

Next, click the Add a Connection button:

Then, search for Blastable, click the app icon, and then click Add a Connection again:

On the next screen, you will need to provide a name for this connection and your Blastable API key.

The name is internal and will help you organize your connections and facilitate their use within your automation.

Now, let's see how to generate this API Key directly in Blastable.

Once logged into the platform, look for the Settings option in the main menu and then click API Key:

Next, click Create a New and add the following information:

  • Name

  • Description (optional)

Again, these details will not interfere with the connection's operation but will help you organize the generated keys in case you create more than one.

Once this step is completed, an API Key will be generated. This key is not editable, and you must copy it by clicking COPY.

Then, click Save Changes.

Back in Albato, paste the copied value into the corresponding field and click Continue:

On the next screen, you will see a success message, and your connection will be created and ready to use in Albato!

I hope this guide has been helpful. If you have any questions, our team will be happy to assist you.
