Starting February 9, 2026, we’re updating Albato’s pricing model.

Below, we explain what has changed, who is affected, and how the new pricing model works.

How the new pricing model works

With the new pricing model, plans and transactions are no longer tied together. Now, pricing is based on two independent components:

  • A plan, which defines how you work in Albato.

  • A transaction package, which defines how much you use Albato.

If you are a new user, you first choose a plan:

  • Pro for individual work.

  • Teams (will be available soon) for collaborative work with colleagues or clients.

Then, you select a monthly transaction package that fits your actual usage. You can choose any package (from 1,000 to 1,000,000 transactions or more), regardless of the selected plan.

This approach makes pricing more flexible and predictable:

  • you pay only for the transaction volume your project really needs;

  • you don’t have to upgrade to a more expensive plan just because your workload grows;

  • the cost per transaction decreases as the package size increases, with discounts of up to 95% for large volumes.

Transactions beyond your package

If you use all the transactions included in your package, Albato will not stop your automations. Additional transactions are automatically purchased, provided that:

  • there are sufficient funds on your account balance, or

  • a bank card is linked to your account.

In this case, an additional 500-transaction package is automatically purchased.

If no bank card is linked and there are insufficient funds on your balance, automatic purchase is not possible. In this case, your automations will be paused until payment is completed.

Albato will notify you in advance when your transaction limit is approaching and when additional transactions start being used.

Automatically purchased transactions cost 50% more than transactions included in your package. This is a temporary solution designed to prevent sudden interruptions and give you time to switch to a package that better fits your needs.

You can track your transaction usage in the Billing section of your account, as well as in Logs under the Analytics tab. The decision to switch to a larger package always remains yours.

How to update a transaction package

You can change your transaction package at any time if you see that your current volume is running low. To do this, go to the Billing section in your account, select a new package, and click Update.

If you update your transaction package in the middle of the current billing period:

  • the current package is canceled;

  • a new package is activated;

  • a new billing period starts from the update date.

What the new pricing means for you

Starting February 9, 2026, prices will increase by approximately 16% starting from the next billing period, depending on your currency.

  • New pricing plans will become available in your Billing settings.

  • The 30% annual discount for yearly payments remains available.

  • Prices in EUR do not increase.

Users with automated (recurring) payments

Users with automated payments enabled remain on their current legacy plans and continue using Albato under the same pricing conditions.

If your transaction limit is reached, you will need to switch to the new pricing model to continue using the service. You can also choose to switch to a new plan at any time.

If an automated payment is interrupted, access to legacy pricing may be limited, and a switch to the new pricing model may be required to continue using the service.

The new pricing model does not affect how your automations work. You can continue using Albato as usual. If your transaction usage changes, the platform will notify you when a different transaction package may be needed.

Plans overview

Albato’s new pricing model includes four plans: Free, Pro, Teams (available soon), and Custom.

Free

The Free plan is designed for individuals getting started with automation. It allows you to test basic workflows and get familiar with Albato before upgrading. You can create up to 5 active automations, with up to 2 steps per automation.

Pro

The Pro plan is designed for users who work independently in Albato. It is intended for a single user and provides full access to all platform features.

Teams (available soon)

The Teams plan is designed for collaborative work. It allows you to add up to five users and organize team-based work with shared automations, connections, and projects. Team members can work on automations together and manage multiple clients within a single account, keeping data and workflows clearly separated.

Custom

The Custom plan is available upon request and is intended for cases where custom terms and conditions are required to meet specific business needs.

Trial period (Pro)

The Pro trial period allows you to explore Albato and get familiar with the capabilities of the Pro plan. During the 7-day trial, you can use all platform features and run up to 100 transactions.

Trial period (Teams)

The Teams trial period allows you to explore Albato and get familiar with the capabilities of the Teams plan. During the 7-day trial, you can use all platform features.

We’ll share more details about the new plans in a separate article.
