Tally Forms is a free online platform that allows you to create amazing, creative, personalized, and intuitive forms in just a few steps. This way, you can engage more with your audience, increase your conversion rates, and get better results in your strategies.

As an important part of most strategies that use forms, managing these new contacts, adding them to CRM platforms, or simply sending a message or email to them becomes essential.

By connecting Albato with Tally Forms, you can integrate the tool with more than 800 apps available here, automating and simplifying this process.

See below how to create this connection and everything you can do with this app!

Available Trigger:

  • New Lead

Triggers are events that start an automation. All triggers (webhook) are executed in real time, meaning that the data is transferred as soon as the event occurs.

This means that whenever someone responds to one of your forms on the platform, you can receive the data about this contact in Albato and then send it to other apps.

Now that you know which trigger is available for this type of automation, see below how to create the connection with our platform.

Connecting Tally Forms with Albato

The first step to connect Tally Forms is to log in to your Albato account. Then, go to the Apps tab and click on Add a Connection:

Then, search for Tally, click on the app icon, and again, click on Add a Connection:

In the next step, you’ll need to add a name for this connection. This name is internal and helps you organize and identify the connection when creating your automation:

After that, a Webhook will be generated.

The Webhook is a type of link that we will need to add inside the Tally platform to ensure that this connection works correctly and that data is received from the app into Albato.

Click the copy icon and open your Tally platform in a new tab.

On the Home screen (My workspace), where you can see all the forms you’ve created, click on the three dots associated with the form you want to receive the data from whenever there is a new lead, then click Edit:

Next, click the Gear Icon (Settings):

Now, go to the Integrations Tab:

Click on Connect within the Webhook option:

Now, just paste the Link (Webhook) generated in Albato and then click Connect:

Again, in Albato, click on Got It:

Connection Created Successfully!

Now you can use this new connection in your automations, taking advantage of the possibility of receiving data from your leads from Tally Forms directly into Albato.

If you want to create different automations for each of your forms, just repeat this process, generate a new Webhook, and add it, as we saw earlier, to the desired form. Just make sure to choose the corresponding connection when creating your automation here. A good tip is to configure the name of each connection with the name of the desired form.

Following the same logic, if you have only one automation in Albato and want several forms to trigger this unique automation, simply place the same Webhook in all desired forms in Tally.
