Albato already has native connections with several areas of the platform, such as Zoho Mail, CRM, Campaigns… and more.
Now, you can also connect Albato with Zoho Forms.
With this connection, you can send leads collected through your platform forms to over 800 apps that Albato integrates with.
Check out below how to create this connection and everything you can do with this app!
Available Trigger:
New form submission
Triggers are events that start an automation. All triggers (webhooks) are executed in real-time, meaning data is transferred as soon as the event occurs.
This means that whenever someone fills out one of your platform’s forms, you can receive this contact's data on Albato and then send it to other apps.
Now that you know the available trigger for this type of automation, let's see how to create a connection with our platform.
Connecting Zoho Forms with Albato
The first step to connect Zoho Forms is to log in to your Albato account. Then, go to the Apps tab and click on Add a Connection:
Then, search for Zoho Forms, click on the app icon, and again click Add a Connection:
In the next step, you will need to add a name for this connection. This name is internal and helps you organize and identify the connection when creating your automation:
After that, click on Grant Albato Access here:
A new window will pop up directly on your Zoho account. If you’re not logged in, simply enter your login credentials and then click Accept:
Connection Successfully Created!
After that, this window will close, and you will see the connection created in your Albato account.
Now you can use Zoho Forms in your automations, taking advantage of the ability to receive lead data from your forms in Albato.
