Renova is a no-code platform that helps businesses digitize insurance services. It provides a white-label app for end-users and a centralized interface for insurers, streamlining policy management, claims processing, and customer support.

Integrating Renova with WhatsApp through Albato allows you to automate communication with clients, send them template messages, and handle insurance processes faster.

Below is a step-by-step guide on how to connect and set up this solution in Albato.

Step 1. Connect Whatsapp to Albato

Follow this step-by-step guide: How to connect WhatsApp Business API to Albato.

This template is used when the 24-hour WhatsApp messaging window has expired and you can no longer send personal messages. Once the client replies to this template message, the personal chat becomes available again.
