FAQs

Why do I see the "Allocated resource exhausted" error?

This error occurs when the allocated disk resource on your Bitrix24 server is exhausted. Learn more about solving this issue.

Why do I get 503: Service Unavailable errors or long request times?

These errors might be caused by a bad setup or installation of the on-premise version of Bitrix24 on slow servers. Unfortunately, we don't have any solutions here.

What are the request limits for Bitrix24?

There is a limit of two requests per second. If this limit is exceeded, a restriction kicks in after 50 requests, followed by a block.

Why is the connection not working, the fields are empty, and there’s nothing in the logs?

The likely reason is using HTTP instead of HTTPS in the domain. Using incognito mode might also help.

Errors and Solutions

Why is the lead card in Bitrix24 adding the email with each request from Albato?

This issue can be resolved with settings in Bitrix24. Go to /crm/configs/config/ and check the settings.

Error QUERY_LIMIT_EXCEEDED - Too many requests in call

This error occurs due to exceeding the request limit. Ensure your requests are optimized and do not exceed the limits.

How do webhooks work?

When something changes in Bitrix24, a webhook is sent to Albato with the entity ID and type. Albato makes a reverse request to Bitrix24 to get all the fields for this entity. If you're making lots of changes or have a lot of deals, you might run into request limit issues.

Why does Bitrix24 only send the stage code and not the name?

If the stage name and ID are missing in the connection, it could be a bug. Contact technical support.

Error License check failed. Connect error

Solution: Update the Albato app in Bitrix24.

Why don’t we receive product data from Bitrix24?

Product data from Bitrix24 will only be received if it is used in subsequent steps of the integration.

Why isn’t the required Robot displayed in the connection?

Only robots added through the “Robot called” trigger are displayed. More about setup.
